It looks at making appointments, calendars, diaries, how to travel and the time it takes to get to get there and what you need to do before you leave home. This pages help pupils look at the whole process of going to the doctors from making the appointment to get there on time.

This books helps to sort out some of the mysteries on banks and banking. It looks at cheques, paying in slips, signatures, credit and debit cards, pin numbers, ATM machines, bank statements and bank vocabulary. These are all areas we all need to be familiar with if we are going to lead independent lives.

The need for personal care is often neglected as a topic in education. Pupils need self awareness and a knowledge of the equipment, recourses and people that can assist them to care for their personal needs. This book looks at the body, exercise, cleanliness, diet and who can assist.

This book helps pupils think about what they need and where they need to go before they leave the house.
